Project audit for Vattenfall
MRC was by hired by Vattenfall to carry out a total economical audit in a Heat Only Boiler project. In the audit, an evaluation of the investment calculation and extensive benchmarking was undertaken. The Benchmarking included 8-10 similar projects in the north of Europe and was the base of the cost minimization work. A joint review of the benchmarking together with the project organizations resulted in reaching a major cost efficiency in the investment.
